Therapy Services

 

At the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), therapy is completely free for anyone in an ACE program. We offer individual, family, and group sessions, available both online and in person, whichever feels right for you. Whether you are working through anxiety, sadness, communication challenges, anger, or difficult emotions, we are here to support your goals.

 

No matter where you are starting from, our team will meet you there and walk with you every step of the way.​​

Join Our Grief Support Group 

Free & Open to the Community

 

Your grief was never meant to be carried alone. If you are searching for an open and welcoming space to talk, listen, and process your grief in community, please join our free virtual Grief Support Group starting on October 1st.

While we acknowledge grief comes in countless forms, this group will be for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. 

 

*Please note that this will be a closed group once we begin, and we encourage participants to attend all 8 sessions.

Advocacy

 

We offer dedicated support for court-related matters, school, and employment needs:
- Mental health services requested by court which includes letters to court.
- Representation at school or employment-related meetings for advocacy.
- Care management support and linkage to local services.​
