SECTOR stands for the Skills and Experiences for the Careers of Tomorrow. Our goal is to support participants in forging pathways into new careers in high-growth sectors that offer sustainable wages, good benefits, and advancement opportunities that lay the foundation for long-term success and stability.
Services are provided by trusted and knowledgeable staff who guide with lived-experience and specialized training.

Qualifications

Age 18 and older

Has had a previous arrest, has been charged with or convicted of a criminal offense

Willingness to accept counseling and support services

Job training in manufacturing or construction
