CEREMONY DETAILS

🕰️ Time: Ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM
🚪 Doors Open: 4:15 PM
📍 Location: Pierce College | The Great Hall, Building 1900

🅿️ Parking passes will be distributed to all cars at ADMISSIONS PARKING LOT 1!
🎟️ Ticketing: All guests must present a ticket to enter the auditorium. Tickets are distributed directly to graduates and program participants. No entry will be permitted without a valid ticket.

🎈 NO BALLOONS: Balloons are not allowed inside the auditorium.This is to ensure everyone has a clear view and to comply with venue guidelines. Thank you for understanding!

ARRIVAL INFO
We recommend all guests arrive between 4:15 PM and 4:30 PM to allow time for parking, entry, and
seating before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.
Parking: Parking passes will be distributed to all cars at ADMISSIONS PARKING LOT 1! Please follow posted signage and staff directions to designated guest parking areas at Pierce College.
Ticket Check-In: All guests will be required to show their ticket upon arrival. Ushers will be stationed at the entrance to guide you to your seat.
Reminder: No Balloons Allowed. Balloons are not permitted inside the auditorium for visibility and safety reasons. Please leave balloons in your vehicle.
