ACE’s commitment to supporting justice-involved youth just expanded...with the official launch of the Reentry Action for Youth (RAY) program! And this month, we welcomed our very first participant!

RAY provides court-involved youth between the ages of 12 and 25 with mentorship from someone who’s walked in their shoes, monthly financial support, court advocacy, and personalized guidance to navigate services like housing, job training, and counseling.
This moment wasn’t just about one young person starting a program, it was about the way ACE programs work together to build bridges. A member of our Youth Empowerment Zone staff helped guide this participant into RAY, showing how internal referrals can ensure smoother transitions and wraparound support.
The RAY program stands as a symbol of hope, structure, and second chances. And while this first step may seem small, it represents a much larger story in the making: one of healing, growth, and transformation.
Welcome to RAY. We’re just getting started.
